House fully equipped. 6 spaces: living and dining room, kitchen. Two bedrooms with closet and 1 bathroom with hot water. Microwave, coffee maker, cable TV , Wi –Fi cordless. Bed linen and clean towels. Cooking utensils, plates and glasses for 4 people. Cleaning is done once a week. The hosts are neighbors so we can work out any doubt. Located near the Church of San Francisco, 3 blocks from Central Park. 100 meter aroud you can find: 4 restaurants (Italian, French, Mediterranean and international cuisine), 2 bars, laundry, ruins, etc. It has the advantage of having a very quiet and safe environment to be 25 meters from the front door in a private area.
