The apartment is cozy and bright. About CHECK-IN/CHECK-OUT, cleaning and coexistence. * Check-in: * Maximum 2 people We coordinate a time to welcome you and give you the keys. Once the schedule is established with the guest, the tolerance time is 30 minutes. Keys: It is a condition that the guest accepts that at the time of receiving the keys, which includes a coded one, they will pay only as preventive coverage for loss of key 50 USD, or its equivalent in pesos. That money is refunded immediately when you return the keys intact at the end of your stay (check out). CHECK-IN (2:00 PM-flexible) /CHECK-OUT (maximum 12:00 PM). To welcome you, we will need a photo of the guest(s) before check-in. * Cleaning: Maintain the conditions of order and hygiene in which you will find this beautiful space. It is a condition to coordinate the day of the accommodation's cleaning at check-in. Short stays (up to 3 days): cleaning includes taking care of renewing the hygiene conditions upon the guest's departure. For stays of 4 to 10 days: cleaning is done at least once during the stay and at the end. For longer stays: maximum 2 cleanings, separated every 10 days and also at the end of the stay. * If you are a tourist in Buenos Aires: We leave a map of the area in the fridge.
