The space The apartment is in the lively "Annunziata" neighborhood, a short walk from the southern promenade of Giulianova. The house is located just 50 meters from the beach, while the marina is 700 meters away, easily accessible on foot. The city center, with its shops and restaurants, is only 1 km away. The bike path, 50 meters from the house, runs along the promenade from north to south and connects the other towns on the coast from Martinsicuro to Pineto. The Abruzzo hinterland is home to three of the most important Italian National Parks. Don't miss the opportunity to visit the beautiful villages and beautiful mountain landscapes a few kilometers away from the sea. - The apartment is 210 cm high and consists of a bedroom with a double bed, a fully equipped living room/kitchen, including an oven, microwave and dishwasher. The sofa in the living room can be converted into an additional bed, thus offering space to comfortably accommodate two more people. The armchair in the room can become a single bed. It is equipped with TV, WIFI, equipped kitchen, washing machine in the space outside the apartment, drying rack, hairdryer. Bath towel set per person and bed linen are included.
