Full Description: A unique, comfortable, clean, modern cabin nestled in the pines of Munds Park will be your ideal vacation retreat! Escape to the cooler climate of Northern Arizona. This beautiful, one-of-a-kind cabin is in Munds Park. It is just 25 miles south of Historic Downtown Flagstaff and Northern Arizona University, just 50 minutes to the Snow-Bowl Ski Resort, 50-minute drive to Williams, Arizona and the Polar Express, 45 minutes down one of the most scenic drives through Oak Creek Canyon and the majestic Red Rocks of Sedona and only a 1 hr 45-minute drive to the South Rim Entrance of Grand Canyon National Park! A gravel driveway off Grizzly Ridge leads you to this stunning retreat! Upon arrival, you will be welcomed into the main entrance of the home. To the left, high wooden ceilings create an open, airy feeling to one of the two living rooms. The main living / great room features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, large 65" screen TV comfortable seating and reading areas. Adjacent to the great room is a dining nook with seating for 6. The main kitchen is well appointed with stainless appliances, coffee station, gorgeous white quartz countertops, white cabinetry and can seat up to 3 additional people at the island. From this area, you can take advantage of the incredible views of the back patio and forest ravine. Off the kitchen, you will be led down a hallway towards two bedrooms and two bathrooms. The first bathroom features a single vanity and walk-in marble tile, and glass shower. Further down the hallway is a room that has a California King bed, a large TV, large closet, and a private door leading to a covered patio where you can enjoy your morning coffee or evening cocktail. Across the hallway from this room, you will find an ensuite room that holds two queen-sized beds, a large closet and ensuite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in marble, tile, and glass shower. To the right off the main entrance of the home, you will go down a hallway and find a 3rd bathroom with a double vanity and walk-in stone tile, and glass shower. In this hallway, you will find a storage cabinet filled with games for your entertainment. The stairs immediately adjacent to this hallway lead to the loft area where you will find two queen beds and a twin trundle bed with two twin mattresses. The loft area is capable of sleeping 6. This is an ideal set up for kids or separate family. Below the loft is a second great room/game room, a second full kitchen with large island and dining area. This area offers access to the back patio and BBQ. A dining table and chairs set for 6, offer seating close by and a propane grill allows you to spend time enjoying the beautiful Mund’s Park weather. We supply freshly cleaned linens, bedding, and towels for all our guests. We also supply paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, dish, dishwasher, and hand soap in addition to shampoo, conditioner, and body wash. Although often there may be a variety of condiments, coffee, etc., we cannot guarantee what will be available.
