Beautiful apartment in Pamplona's upscale area - New!

Beautiful, newly built duplex apartment (no parking) located in a central area of Pamplona (Plazuela Almeyda) and near the main park. It is an excellent option for those seeking comfort, tranquility and easy access to the city's main points of interest. The space The apartment is cozy, functional, and modern, ideal for a quiet stay in the heart of the city. In addition, I recently installed thermo-acoustic windows that improve insulation and provide greater privacy and comfort in the master bedroom, one of the most pleasant spaces in the apartment. Guest access It's self check-in; you can enter the property on your own. To do this, keys need to be picked up at a nearby store. The check-in time slot is limited, as it depends on the store’s business hours. If you will be arriving after that time, in some cases it is possible to arrange an alternative way to hand over the keys, but it is important to let us know in advance, as this option is not always available. Other things to note - One of the bathrooms is closed due to a leak (waiting for the warranty repair; the building is new). - The apartment is on the 5th floor with no elevator. - There are cameras in common areas (access stairways). - Please bring your own shampoo and conditioner. - No parties / no noise. - Extra charge for dirt or damage. - The guest will be responsible for keeping the apartment clean and tidy, and for returning it in good condition. - Pamplona has a serious problem with a lack of water. It is not uncommon for there to be no water at certain times of the day (there is water every morning and evening, but sometimes there is none during the day.) - The bathroom in the master bedroom is out of use due to a leak.
