This building has some beautiful history attached to it. King street, originally known as the ‘Humphrey Block’ was owned by the Humphrey family over 100 years ago and has passed through many hands since. According to our research, there was even a horse stable at the end of the building. This is only one of the things that make this building so unique. Please see ‘History” section in your info binder provided, for more history and fun facts! Bedroom- Peaceful and relaxing space to unwind after a long day of exploring Cayuga and surrounding areas. Queen size bed, closet, dresser drawers, nightstands with reading lamps, all awaiting your arrival. Living area- Cozy living space with sofa bed for extra sleeping accommodations, smart tv, Wi-Fi, office space. Kitchen- The kitchen is fully equipped for making yourself or someone special a meal of your choice. Fridge, freezer, oven, stove, sink, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, kettle, large countertop, table and more. Bathroom- Large and luxurious walk-in shower, toilet and vanity with a modern feel. River view from the street- Only 2 minutes or less walk to the beautiful Grand River. This is a shared building, please respect your neighbors.
