“Zoya 2” is a new and modern two-bedroom apartment in a quiet neighbourhood, just a 10-minute walk from the Old Town city centre and 20 minutes walk from the beach. The apartment has a private entrance and free street parking next to the house, as well as complimentary Wi-Fi. The nearest bus stop is a 5-minute walk away, while the central bus station can be reached within 15 minutes on foot. It is a perfect choice for families, couples, and young travellers. The space "Zoya 2" is a new and stylishly furnished apartment. The apartment features a spacious living room with a TV and a sofa that can be extended to comfortably accommodate two people. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, stove, oven, and coffee machine. Additionally, there is a large balcony accessible from the living room. The first bedroom has a large and comfortable double bed, wardrobe, nightstands, and a separate air conditioning unit. The second bedroom has a bunk bed for two people, a wardrobe, a writing desk, and an air conditioning unit. The bathroom includes all necessary amenities, as well as a washing machine. Bed linen and towels are provided for all guests, as well as soap, shower gel, and shampoo. Basic kitchen essentials (coffee, tea, sugar, salt, cooking oil), are always available for your convenience. Guest access There are two roads leading to our place: one is a car road that leads directly to a garage and parking place, and the other is a walking path that takes 10 minutes to reach the old-town city center. Other things to note All guests must pay a touristic tax of 1 EUR per person for each day of their stay to the National Touristic Agency. For children aged 12-18 price of tourist tax is 0.5 cents, and for children under 12 years it is free. The host will collect your passports and the necessary amount, then make the payment to the local Touristic Agency on your behalf.
