Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire first and second floors of the home, including the spacious kitchen, two bathrooms, living area, and all bedrooms. There are no shared or common areas — you’ll enjoy complete privacy throughout your stay. Please note, however, that the basement is not part of your rental. It has a completely separate entrance and is securely locked off from the main home at all times. A long-term tenant occupies the basement, but rest assured, there are no shared spaces — your portion of the house is entirely private. You'll have full access through the main front entrance, and we’ve designed everything to ensure a comfortable, private, and relaxing experience. Other things to note Other Things to Note Quiet Hours: To respect the neighborhood and ensure everyone has a restful stay, we kindly ask guests to keep noise levels down during late hours (10 PM - 8 AM). No Smoking: Please note that this is a non-smoking property, both indoors and on the porch. Pet Policy: Unfortunately, we do not allow pets in the property at this time. For families traveling with little ones, I’m happy to share that the home is equipped with a portable crib, high chair, and child-friendly utensils to help make your stay more comfortable and stress-free. We know how important convenience is for caring parents, and we’re here to support that. You can also spot the crib in some of our listing photos! The portable mini crib includes a 1.5-Inch-thick mini mattress that is comfortable and water-resistant; mattress uses 24" x 38" size sheets (not provided-please bring your own) Parking: Free parking is available for one vehicle in the front of the house (Spot #427). Please be sure to park in the designated spot to avoid any inconvenience. If you need to park an additional car, please check the main rode (Alban rd) as it has free parking on both sides. Upgraded Kitchenware Coming Soon: We’re in the process of upgrading our kitchen cookware, so if you need something specific during your stay, feel free to let me know, and I’ll do my best to provide it. Emergency Contact: In case of any emergencies or urgent issues, please reach out to me through Airbnb messaging, and I’ll respond promptly. Basement Tenant: The basement is occupied by a separate tenant with a private entrance. Your part of the home is completely separate and private, and there is no shared access between the spaces. Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is after 3:00 PM, and check-out is by 11:00 AM. If you need flexibility with either time, please let me know in advance, and I’ll do my best to accommodate you.
