The street is also very safe as it is a beautiful and wooded residential area. The space It is spacious, safe, clean, comfortable, ventilated, warm in winter and cool in summer. Inside the condominium we have an exclusive parking space with room for one car, where your car will be protected from the public road and guarded by private security. If you arrive in 2 cars, one will have to stay on the public road (the street is very quiet and there are no traffic violations) Guest access All areas of the apartment are available except the laundry room (3 bedrooms, bathroom, shower, kitchen, living room, dining room, and parking). We deliver everything clean. At the end of each stay, the apartment is cleaned by cleaning staff. The bathroom, shower, sink, sheets, covers, kitchen clothes, and bath towels are washed and disinfected. It is swept, mopped, and hygiene points are taken care of. The guest is only asked to return the dishes washed as they were received. If guests wish to have one or more visits from our cleaning staff during their stay to tidy up and clean everything, it can be scheduled at a cost of $600 per cleaning service. For your entertainment and to support your work or studies, we have a WIFI network with free unlimited internet with good speed. Other things to note It is essential that each guest comes prepared with a government ID, as the guard on duty will request everyone's ID when entering the condominium. Smoking or drinking alcohol is not allowed on the balconies, stairs, parking area, gardens, or any common area. No parties or bringing more people to sleep (maximum 6 guests)
