You need to bring bed and bath linens. SUITE 2: With a queen size bed with a very high quality mattress + 1 single mattress on the floor. It has air conditioning, wardrobe, nightstand, ceiling fan, pillows, blackout curtain, and accommodates 3 people. Full bathroom. You need to bring bed and bath linens. KITCHEN: It has a refrigerator with freezer, microwave, oven, stove, coffee maker, blender, fruit bowl, toaster, cupboard, cabinet, island, china cabinet, dish rack, space to store guest belongings, dining table and kitchen utensils. Bathrooms: The 2 bathrooms in the suites are complete and both have hairdryers, a clothesline, a rug and 1 roll of toilet paper in each. Guest access Excellent location! The condominium is right at the entrance to Juquehy, in front of the gas station, (on the street of the center). On the corner there is the Monjolo mall, market, pharmacy, restaurants, bars, shops, food truck, etc. The beach is about 450/500 meters away. Walking takes about 10 minutes! By car, it's 2 minutes and there are parking spaces on the streets with access to the beach. Great location, close to beach access 1 and 2. Gated condominium with doorman and parking. We have a parking space. The condominium is very safe. The condominium has 3 Internet networks available for the guest. The pool area has tables, chairs, umbrella, sun lounger, shower and toilet. There is an adult pool and a children's pool with a whirlpool (you need to ask the concierge to activate the whirlpool). The pool is open from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. The condominium's leisure area is open and has a pool table, bathrooms, games and a TV room. According to the condominium rules, the barbecue grill can be rented, just ask the host. The duplex is well equipped. We have a 50-inch Smart TV with apps, SKY (open channels), beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, blender, oven, microwave, coffee maker, refrigerator with freezer, stove, tables, chairs, stools, quality mattresses, double sofa bed and basic kitchen utensils, plus a wonderful and very comfortable sofa bed! A complete house! We don't provide bed or bath linens, but we do have pillows.
