Welcome to our charming and cosy Airbnb located in the market town of Chorley, Lancashire. Front room Living room - 2 sofas which double up as 2 single sofa beds Kitchen Yard Bedroom 1 - kingsize bed Bedroom 2 - double bed Bathroom - upstairs The space The house is a two bedroomed terrace house. On arrival you will be able to park outside on the street and parking is free. The house has been newly renovated to a high standard and is made up as follows - You will find a hallway when you enter, which leads to a front room and then a middle room and kitchen. The front room is a cosy space to relax, with TV, sofa and comfy chair. The middle room has two sofas (which convert into sofa beds) a TV, coffee table (which contains some children’s games and books) and a dining table (which is folded down) but can be used if needed. There are 4 chairs to use with the table and these are stored under the stairs. We also have an ironing board which is also stored under the stairs (the iron is in the kitchen under the sink) We have a fully equipped kitchen, with dishwasher, oven, hob, microwave, fridge and freezer and a kettle and toaster. We have a yard, with a table and two chairs and a lovely assortment of plants. Upstairs, we have two bedrooms and a bathroom. The master bedroom has a kingsize bed, bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe with hangers. The hairdryer is also stored in this room. The back bedroom has a double bed, wardrobe, hangers and a chest of a drawers. The bathroom has a bath, shower, non slip bath mat (on hand if required), his and hers sinks. Guest access Guests are able to access the whole house. The house keys will be in the keysafe (to the right side of the front door). On the day of your arrival we will send you the code for the safe just prior to your check in. Other things to note The house is a 10 minute walk from the train station with close links to both the M6 and M61. We are just a 10 minute walk to the town of Chorley. We have included a guide at the house which lists lots of interesting places to visit whilst in the area. We are close to the canal, for lovely walks and also to Rivington which is fab for walking, hiking and biking!
