Guest List – Please send all government-issued IDs and ages of guests after booking. Example: Juan Dela Cruz – 25 Maria Dela Cruz – 23 *Request for alteration of submitted or approved guest forms is subject to a processing fee. Please refer to the listing’s House Rules section for details. 2. Minors & Children – Must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. ID or birth certificate required. Infants (0–2 yrs) must be noted; children over 2 yrs count as one (1) guest. 3. Strictly No Visitors – Only registered guests are allowed inside the unit. 4. Guest Form Accuracy – Once your guest form is sent, it’s your responsibility to check that all details are correct. If there’s any typo or incorrect information, please notify us as soon as possible. 5. Check-in / Check-out – Check-in: 2–4 PM | Check-out: 12 PM Same-day bookings check in time will depend on ID/age submission. If reserved after 5:59 PM, we’ll send an alternative check-in guide. 6. Arrival Notification – Once you arrive at the unit, you must notify us right away. 7. Concerns – Please report any issues immediately upon check-in. We’re available until 3 PM and responses may be slower after this time. We'll be accomodating concerns until 11 PM only. And all concerns beyond 3 PM will be addressed the next day, hence the check-in policy. 8. No Flexible Check-In or Check-Out Time – Check-in and check-out times are fixed and cannot be adjusted. – Early check-in is not allowed, and late check-out is strictly prohibited. Penalty for late check out: ₱500, plus an additional ₱500 for every 15 minutes beyond the check-out time. 9. No Smoking – Smoking inside the unit is strictly prohibited. Penalty: ₱3,000 10. Cooking – Light cooking only. Avoid strong odors or heavy smoke. If the smoke alarm is triggered, penalty: ₱2,000 11. Keys – Guests are responsible for their keys. Once a key is lost, a ₱500 penalty fee must be sent via GCash at the moment you notify us. We will then provide instructions on how you can access the room again. Kindly note: No staff assistance beyond 3 PM (self check-in policy). 12. Netflix – Enjoy our provided Netflix account. Please don’t log out or use your own. 13. Alterations – Any booking date changes have a fee. See listing for details. 16. Appliances – Please switch off all appliances when leaving the unit. 17. Lock the Door – Always lock up when going out. We are not liable for lost belongings. (See listing for more details.) 18. Eating on the Bed – Please avoid to prevent stains. Penalty: ₱1,000–2,000 depending on severity. 19. Toilet Use – Do not flush tissue, napkins, or any foreign objects to prevent clogs. 20. Cleanliness – Please keep the unit tidy throughout your stay. Clean as you go (CLAYGO), especially in the kitchen. 21. Kindly confirm if everything is clear to help avoid any misunderstandings during your stay.
