I have a convenient self check-in system in place so you can arrive anytime after your scheduled check-in time and access the house by yourself. I send you the detailed instructions a full day prior to your date of arrival so you have the time to read, understand and ask any questions you may have. As my guest, you are welcome to utilize any and all of the sophisticated and modern appliances in my home. Please note that on certain occasions, the bottom unit might be occupied by the owner. You might run into her outside. She is very kind and enjoys going for walks :) There are no shared spaces with both units and both entrances are separate. Other things to note - I have 2 outdoor parking spaces that I have included for you to use. -My check-in window closes at 12 AM, after which check-in is possible, but fast replies are not guaranteed. Please ensure you have the instructions and read them ahead of time, and I suggest to have them on hand when you arrive to make everything really smooth and easy. -I am often out of town but my housekeepers can tend to your needs. If you need anything, please contact me and I will let my housekeepers know to assist you. However, they may need some time to arrive. -Although the property has excellent soundproofing, there may be some sounds of people and construction. This is very rare, and if there is expected construction noise, I adjust my prices to reflect the same. -The building manager or maintenance people may need access to the property for a few hours in unique circumstances. They have the right to access it for the purpose of inspections, emergencies, or urgent repairs. I will try to notify you in advance to the best of my abilities, and this is very rare.
