Modern vacation home in direct proximity to the lake

Between the towns of Nässjö and Eksjö lies the vacation home with 2 guest houses on a 900 m² property in a small residential area in the immediate vicinity of Sjunnarydsjön; the nearest swimming area is only 250 m away. The towns of Nässjö and Eksjö, which can be reached in a few minutes by car and are about 10 km away, offer a very good infrastructure and have various shopping facilities, ATMs and numerous good restaurants. A rather steep staircase leads to the upper floor with two bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed and two single beds. Another double bed is in the room open to the staircase. Six more beds are located in two adjacent small guest houses next to the house: in one of the houses there are two single beds, the other is equipped with two bunk beds. The occupancy of the house was limited to a maximum of eight people by the landlord. Guests can also use a large open veranda with garden furniture, a rowboat and a gas grill or charcoal grill.
