This is a peaceful 2 bed/2.5 bath villa overlooking the beautiful Lake Alden. The home is located in a gorgeous, lush green community, former grounds of a golf course, surrounded by a rich fauna and unique wildlife. The Villa is equipped with everything you may need for a very enjoyable and relaxing stay. ** The property is 14-16 minutes from Kelly Park- Rock Springs, Wekiva Springs State Park and 10 minutes the SR 429 Connector Rd for easy access to all major highways.** Guest access The home is located directly across parking LOT C, down the hill. You will receive the code to get inside the property on the day of your check-in. OTHER THINGS TO NOTE: Our home is part of a HOA. Please be mindful of the peacefulness of the other resident and make sure you comply with the rules and regulations of the community. This is a beautiful green park-like community. There are 3 large parking lots close to the home where parking is free and available. -Parking permit sticker is required (provided in the unit) for parking at the parking lots of the community. -Only one car per villa is allowed to park at parking LOTS A, B or C. -Please note that the parking closest to the home is LOT C (right across from the home). Parking on first come first serve basis and no reservation of spots can be made. If a spot on LOT C is not available, your car can be parked on LOT B (about 450 ft away) or LOT A (0.2 mile away) which are a 1-3 minute walk to the home. -Any additional vehicle(s) must be parked at the Errol Overflow Parking Lot (directions will be provided).
