ILHA DO SOL: a space for nature lovers!

The house is in a gated condominium on an island, the Ilha do Sol. Access is made by Primeiro de Maio, where the entrance to the condominium is located, which has secure parking. The crossing to the island is made by vessel and charged separately (condominium fee). On the island, the transport of the guests to the house is done by a little trunk of the condominium, as well as the return to the mainland. The experience in the house is unique, due to tranquility and contact with nature, as well as the possibility of partying. The space Casa Sobrado with: - 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms (3 en-suites), two of them with balcony; all rooms with air conditioning - living room with Home Theater and discotheque equipment - gourmet cuisine with barbecue - balcony - Laundry - pool - outdoor space with reddress and fruit trees * There is a landscaping composed of fruit and ornamental trees. There is also a diverse fauna, some animals that live on the island, birds, hares, armadillos, teiús, among others, so that NATURE MUST BE RESPECTED * Guest access The condominium has a playground and outdoor gym, as well as a multi-sport, sand volleyball and tennis court. Conveniences and markets are only available on May Day. Other things to note The names of the guests and their respective RGs must be informed before check-in to release the guest entry into the condominium. Staff will assist with luggage. The boat times will be passed on to guests along with the house rules. * Remember, nature must be respected * There is the possibility of performing small children in the house, such as birthdays, weddings and social gatherings.
