The living room is designed to feel calm and welcoming rather than temporary, with comfortable seating, a smart TV ready for streaming, and patio doors opening directly onto the private garden. It’s somewhere guests can genuinely unwind after work, football matches, travel days, or time spent exploring the area. Sleeping up to five guests across three bedrooms, the layout works particularly well for professionals sharing accommodation, contractor teams, or families visiting the region. The first floor includes a spacious double bedroom alongside a comfortable single room and the main family bathroom.
