However, when the enclosure is open, the pool does not have a safety barrier around the pool. Parents, guardians and legal representatives of children acknowledge that they are fully responsible for their supervision and safety throughout the duration of the stay. Children must remain under constant adult supervision, including around the pool, whether they are swimming or not. The owner accepts no liability in the event of an accident resulting from a lack of supervision of minors or improper use of safety equipment.
