Paved road access and 3/4 mile from downtown Mena. This house has one queen, one full, and two twin beds: sleeps six total. If you are here for the mountain-biking, ride a few blocks to the trails on the ever expanding Mena Trail Project. Bike wash outside back door and then store them inside the house by the fireplace. Side by sides? We have fenced parking for them in the back. Three bedrooms: queen, full, and two twins. Full kitchen and laundry facilities. Bath offers full size shower The space If you are bringing bikes and they are on your roofrack, take them off before driving into the carport. Bikes can be stored in the fireplace room but take them in and out through the back door which should otherwise remain locked. Use the black hose in the backyard for bike washing as needed. Side by sides can park in the fenced back yard via gate access from the alley. The carport will allow for flatbed trailer parking but watch the width. The detached garage and kitchen pantry and locked and stored with Airbnb management related items or random junk. There are three bedrooms: a queen, a full, and two twins. The full can sleep two in a pinch for six persons total, but five will be more comfortable. The master has a ceiling fan and there are pedestal fans in the closets of the other two if you have to have a fan on to sleep. The TV is Amazon fire equipped along with most other streaming platform apps, but you will need to sign in with your own accounts so have your user names and passwords at the ready. There is a DVD player and some old but classic DVDs available to watch otherwise. Board (bored) games are available under the coffee bar for rainy days. Absolutely no smoking or vape on property please! There are three wireless security cameras onsite that record 24-7 for your protection, but please keep doors and windows locked when not at the home and make sure you lock everything up when checking out. Please wash any dishes you use and clear out fridge when checking out. The cleaning fee is low for a whole house and I want to keep it that way if possible. If they have to wash dishes and clean fridges, the costs will likely rise. Two dogs max please (no other types of pets allowed) and clean up their yard waste please. The white trash can by the back door can be set outside for any dog poop but make sure there is a trash bag in it!! Bags are under the sink. The pet fee is for the extra cleaning associated with pet hair, etc. Guest access You will have access to the entire house but for the detached garage and the locked kitchen pantry (it’s full of maid/management related items). If you have bikes on your roof rack, make sure you remove them before driving into the carport. Side by sides can park in the back and the carport will be good parking for a flatbed. Other things to note MTB trail access: Leave the residence and turn right. At Sutherland, cross over to the church parking lot towards the left. Turn right on Gary, right on Missouri, and that becomes Warner. Turn left on Mountain View and look for a dirt double track near the end of the street. That takes you to below the ward lake dam. Turn right at the old building and head up the gravel road. Eventually and soon this is where the trail project network will begin (and indeed is largely underway being built) but until it’s open, stay right on the gravel road and head to the park entrance parking to the right on the paved two lane.
