The space Welcome to my modern home with a spacious, enclosed private garden, complete with a dining area and decking - perfect for alfresco meals or a relaxing evening outdoors. Enter through the Hall into the bright and airy Lounge, where you can relax and sink into the large sofa and armchair and watch the smart TV, which has Sky TV with Sky Movies and Sky sports included. There is an electric fire with a log burner effect and lamps to make the room warm and cosy on those cold evenings; all in all, it's a comforting place to spend time in. For board game lovers, we have around 30 board games in the house for you and your family! There is a convenient downstairs WC and cupboard for hanging coats off the long hallway, and then carrying on through to the spacious and modern open-plan kitchen dining area. The fully equipped kitchen has all the large appliances, including a fridge-freezer, oven, hob, dishwasher, and washing machine. There is also a range of small appliances, including a toaster, kettle, and microwave. Guests can socialise at the large Breakfast bar or enjoy a meal around the dining table, taking in views of the garden through the large patio doors. The garden is a great space and largely decked. There is an area for guests to sit, take in the sun or enjoy an evening meal with the garden all lit up Upstairs, there are three bedrooms: The Master bedroom has a king-sized bed, a large mirror, drawers, and a wardrobe to store your clothes during your stay. There is an en-suite with a walk-in shower, WC, and basin. There is a twin bedroom with another large mirror and storage. The bed also goes together to make a king-size bed. Please request on booking The final bedroom has a double bed with a small storage area for your belongings; again, this bed can be split into 2 small singles. Please request on booking! Guests can take a soak in the bathtub in the family bathroom. There is also a shower over the bath, WC, and basin. Fresh white bed linen and towels are provided (One Bath Sheet and One Hand Towel per person), all hotel-quality and hotel-style toiletries are provided as well as a complimentary tea/coffee pack and Dishwashing/detergent packs, toilet roll, kitchen roll, and more, which will last a couple of days. If you want to do some shopping, there is a local village post office and supermarkets around a 10-minute drive away. There is a high chair and travel cot at the property for guests to use. The property's prime location, adjacent to the A41, offers excellent transport links, making it easy to explore the surrounding areas while enjoying the tranquility of our quiet cul-de-sac. Only 10 minutes to Market Drayton, 14 minutes to Newport and Telford and Wrekin, 30 Minutes to Stafford and 40 minutes to Trentham Gardens, Trentham Monkey Forest and Shrewsbury.
