The House of Ajax A

Two friends share a house and have available rooms. We have a dog called Ajax, who is the cute owner of the house, if you are alergic or too afraid, you'd better think about it. The house may be shared with other guests or not. Read details for more information. Make contact and ask all questions before confirmation. The price is based on the number of guests. Input the correct number of people before confirmation. Dogs are welcome, each of them count as child. Babies do not count. The space We live in the house and we have a dog, the room offered is en an area of the First Floor and the espaces available are: - Bunkbed room = Bunkbed + extra bed + single mattress (upto 4 people) - A bathoom with electric shower can be shared. - Kitchen and living/dining room + toilet. The house is right in the middle of the Historical Center. Walking distance to the main tourist attactions , the house is uphill. - 200m from the Imperial Museum - 350m from Rua 16 de Março (lojas, cafés, restaurantes) - 550m from Praça da Liberdade (Liberty Square) - 750m from the Cathedral - 850m from Santos Dumont's House and the Flower Clock - 1200m from Bohemia, the first brewery in Brazil - 1300m from the Crystal Palace * Hospitality and availability for transfers from the Bus Station. * Sheets and towels for eveyone. * 4:20 tolerated and praised. * It is a house with normal and cultual people, we do not offer a service, but the sharing of our space and we make an effort to better accommodate anyone. If you look for perfection, maybe you should try a hotel. Guest access Any area of the house maybe accessed and enjoyed, if agreed with us and possible other guests. Our lovely dog must be tolerated, we recommend to orientate children on how not to tease or provoke him. He has never hurt anyone, but may react to misbehaviour. During your stay As much as the guest feels like interacting, according to the availability at the moment of visit. I am very fond of hosting people and showing my beautiful city. Other things to note It's important to keep in mind that we live in the house. Unless if casually I would be traveling by the time of your stay. I might always have someone of my trust at home. There is also the possibility of having other guests in, or even friends or relatives. The room is always exclusive, though. We decide which rooms will be used according to your necessities and our availability. We accept extra offers to guarantee a specific room. Everything will be communicated and agreed before your arrival.
