Welcome to your serene all year round escape! Our spacious waterfront cottage offers two large living areas, three cozy bedrooms, and 1.5 bathrooms. This cottage has everything you need. The space -Come and enjoy beautiful hiking trails, fishing, swimming, golfing, cycling, canoeing, kayaking, scenic driving routes and much more. -Located 30 minutes away from Algonquin Park. -Waterfront lake with a large deck. Canoes, kayaks, paddle board and water toys are always available in the shed. Lifejackets are provided. -Fantastic fishing location (please bring your own rods) -Propane BBQ is located on the patio -Fire pit beside the waterfront -Large fenced dog park for OFF-LEASH playtime with doggos! - 3 bedrooms include 2 queen beds and one twin bed all supplied with high quality beddings, sheets and pillows. -Kitchen is well equipped with essential cookware, Air fryer, Keurig coffee machine , tea and basic cooking spices. -Large bathroom and powder room -Laundry available -Large parking space for your cars and boats/ATVs Other things to note -Please read house manual throughly before checking-in. -Please keep your pets ON LEASH at all times -Please wear lifejackets while in the water at all times(5 adult lifejackets are provided) -All night stands are tap switches ON/OFF -Propane for BQQ is provided, firewood is not provided
