Room in newly renovated house

Bedroom in a newly renovated house. Renting out my single guest bedroom with a connecting bathroom, jack and Jill style. The room will be furnished with a queen size bed and a Tv. There is one small cat in the place. There is a shared full kitchen, laundry and dryer, front porch, and backyard. The space Rooms have separate walls. Host stays in the back bedroom. Each room has separate air conditioning. And bathroom will be only used by guest(s). Guest access Front door will meet host for a key. Or if host is working there will be a combo lock box. During your stay Guest can interact with host if desired. I work a 8-5 so after work usually come home and relax. Sometimes the Pub across the street is chill and they have a happy hour from 3-6. Local restaurants are about 20ish minutes away + all major shopping centers. Downtown is about a 45 minute drive.
