The beautiful modern interiors are adorned with artefacts and paintings, and the lush green exteriors are ideal for lounging and relaxing. To that effect, we provide: - Inverter, Wi-Fi, bonfire - Wardrobe, hangers, iron, torch - Geysers, towels, toiletries - Medical kit, mosquito repellent - Parking space is available  The Space: BEDROOMS - There are 2 bedrooms - both on the ground floor.  - Wi-Fi, queen-sized beds, heater, and attached bathrooms are offered in all rooms. - Extra mattress can be provided for additional guests. BATHROOMS - There are 2 bathrooms in the villa - both attached. - All bathrooms have a separate shower area, geysers, towels and basic toiletries. COMMON AREAS - There is a living room on the ground floor, it can accommodate up to 4 people. - It is equipped with a TV and Wi-Fi access. - The dining area is a part of the living room and offers comfortable seating for up to 4 people.  - There is a small garden just before the entrance of the villa. It offers seating arrangements and can seat 4 people. - There are shared lawns and gardens spread across the property, 7000 sq. ft. in size. KITCHEN - Guests may use the kitchen to prepare their own meals at no additional cost. - It is equipped with a microwave, gas stove, refrigerator, water purifier and a toaster. - Crockery and cutlery are available. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food, except beef, is allowed. FOOD - Guests can use the kitchen to prepare their own meals and can arrange for groceries themselves. - Consumption of non-vegetarian food, except beef, is allowed. Guest access The guests have access to the entire villa. Other things to note STAFF ACCOMMODATION We are unable to provide accommodation for your personal staff. Please note that there is no common restroom for your personal staff. ACTIVITIES Within the property, guests can play indoor games like cards and ludo. Guests can take a peaceful walk in the lawn and soak in the beautiful views. They can pick out a book to read and enjoy peacefully. They can also request for a bonfire to be lit up. ADD-ON SERVICES - All vegetarian and non-vegetarian meals are available in-house at an additional cost. - Barbecue kit is available at an additional cost of Rs. 1000 per use with coal. - Bonfire can be arranged at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 for a duration of 3 hours. - Prices may vary subject to availability and peak season rates. - 1 extra mattress can be arranged in all rooms at an additional cost of Rs. 1500 + taxes per night. HOME TRUTHS While we do promise you a welcoming home and a great stay, here are a few things we’d like to mention so as to ensure there are no unpleasant surprises later! - Please note, the lawn is shared between 2 properties and there may be other guests besides your group present here.  - The parking space is outside the property.  - The stay is a part of a gated society.  - There are approximately 70 steps leading up to the villa. - All IDs must be submitted before check-in; otherwise, check-in will not be permitted - Guests can check-in before 5 PM, check-ins after that will not be permitted.  - There is a rough patch of 30 metres leading up to the villa. - There are CCTV cameras that capture the external areas of the villa. - Pets are not allowed. - In case of a power outage, the 2.4KVA inverter can support all lights and plug points for up to 18 hours. Guests are requested to avoid extensive usage of lights or sockets during power outages to ensure prolonged battery life. - Guests can stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi. Network is subject to availability at any given time. - Mobile networks such as Jio and Vi work fairly well here. - Given the pleasant weather all year round, the premises of the property are not equipped with AC or fans. - This villa operates on a self-service basis, and the caretaker does not live on-site. Additionally, it's important to note that the caretaker may not be fluent in the Hindi language. - Please note that guests are advised not to step out after dark. - The last 100 m. leading to the property might not be concrete. - Please be aware that the bonfire is only accessible until 10 PM due to restrictions imposed by the panchayat.
