The space The house is at the bottom of the garden and not overlooked, you will have sun loungers, a complete garden lounge, an outdoor dining table with chairs, a watering tap with its reel, a trunk to store the living room cushions, sun lounger bath bed and a BBQ. You enter a living room with a wood stove that offers a 3-seater sofa, armchair, antique chair, 2 coffee tables, a flat-screen TV, a glass Spanish cabinet with stem glasses. The living room is open to a fitted and fully equipped kitchen with a bay window overlooking the garden, an oven, a microwave, a dishwasher, a Nespresso coffee machine, a kettle, a toaster, a 5-burner gas hob, various equipment and dishes for cooking in the oven for the gas stove (pots, pans, casseroles, oven dishes, salad bowls and utensils), plates, glasses and cutlery for 6 people. Also on the ground floor, there is a separate toilet and a bedroom with wardrobe and shelves, a double bed 140 x 190 and its private shower room, large Italian shower and sink on furniture with drawer.
