1 Bedroom Apartment 290m from the Sea - Unmissable! Excellent 1-bedroom apartment, with ample space, well ventilated and great natural lighting. It has two parking spaces and a full kitchen, ready for use. Located just 290 meters from the sea, in a family building that offers peace and quiet. The region has a 24-hour market, restaurants, pizzerias and a shopping center nearby, ensuring convenience and practicality. Take advantage of this opportunity... The space Hi- The keys will be delivered to another address near the apartment, with Mrs. MEG. And in the end they should be delivered to the same place. - When picking up the keys, it is necessary to leave 100 reais as a guarantee of return, an amount that will be returned at the end of the stay, after the inspection verifies that the apartment is clean, in order and that nothing has been damaged. - Check-in time is from 7:30 p.m. to 9:00 p.m., if you arrive after this time, check-in will only be done by paying a fine - Check-out will always be at 5:00 p.m. (we grant a 10-minute tolerance), if you go past the time, a fine of 100 reais per hour will be charged - Use only two parking spaces in the garage, one in the front of the covered building, and another in the back parking lot without coverage. (Even if it is empty, you cannot put more cars, and never under any circumstances use two covered spaces. If there is a complaint from the condominium about this, a fine will be charged. The gate that gives access to the back parking spaces is opened manually by pulling it to the side) - Maximum number of users is 6 people (including children and adults). If there is a complaint about an excess of people, a fine will be charged - Keep the wooden access door to the building and the condominium's main gate closed at all times. (Both are opened only with the TAGs, do not use the keys in these locations, only TAGs). (The opening depends on where you intercom) - Do not hang clothes on the windows or beat towels, rugs, etc. on them. - Loud music is not allowed in any area of the condominium, including the garage, at any time. If there is a complaint from the condominium, we will charge a fine. - We advise that the microwave not be turned on at the same time as the shower, as the main circuit breaker outside the apartment, downstairs, may trip. - You need to bring bed linens and pillows - Do not throw any kind of garbage out the windows, including cigarette butts (subject to a fine) - The apartment must be left clean, completely swept, with a cloth passed over it, and the bathroom dry. If this is not done, the security deposit will be withheld. (And this is unfortunately non-negotiable, since we don't even charge a cleaning fee) - Before leaving the apartment, leave everything clean, including dishes, pots, cutlery, etc. If this is not done, the security deposit will be withheld. - The refrigerator must be left clean, and nothing should be left inside it. If this is not done, the security deposit will be withheld. - We don't have air conditioning, just ceiling fans. - Do not leave dirty pots inside the stove, and it must be left clean, including the sides and front. (Includes not playing ball, not rollerblading or skateboarding, etc.). If there is a complaint, a fine will be charged. - Pets of any kind are not allowed in the apartment. (If this rule is not complied with, a fine of 1/2 of the current minimum wage will be charged. - Bathing guests must not dirty or wet the building's common areas. Upon entering through the condominium's social gate, you will notice that there is a hose next to it. We ask that you use this hose to wash your feet on the sidewalk so that the common areas of the building are not soiled with sand. If there is a complaint from the condominium, a fine will be charged. - After check-out, if any irregularity, disorder or dirt is found, the deposit will not be returned. (If you notice anything when you enter, please let us know immediately so that you are not held responsible. It is mandatory that you make a video showing the conditions of the cleanliness and organization of the apartment at the time of entry, and that you send this video in the first minutes of your stay to the person in charge of the apartment) - There is a person responsible for the apartment who lives on the same street, who does the inspections for us, and the building manager lives in the building. Any report from them of problems related to these rules will result in fines being charged to the occupants. And after 2 complaints, the apartment will be vacated immediately, if necessary with the help of the police. - USE OF TVS - The TVs do not have an antenna for normal channels (the TV in the living room has a small internal antenna that allows you to watch 4 open channels, Globo, Record, RDI, Unisantos). They only work in SMART mode with STREAMING apps (globoplay, Netflix, PRIME, YouTube).
