Once a B&B, this was the Innkeeper's Suite - a beautiful main floor addition buffered from the main house, where the Hosts live, by a solarium. 500+ SF of hardwood floors, 9.5' ceilings, 2 skylights (w/blinds), decorative fireplace, private entrance & patio + room to lounge & work. King bed + gorgeous en suite bathroom! Private washer/dryer & kitchenette for easy meals. The space The Innkeeper's Suite is practically an apartment unto itself. Ideal for active people who are on the go and who appreciate a great base to return to. Easy access to CSU campus or downtown Old Town via walking or biking. You'll have 1 off-street parking space and your own patio table off the private entrance to your suite with a shared gas BBQ grill. Guest access Once you find the parking pad off the alley - open the gate and enter the backyard to follow the lit flagstone path to your own patio and private entrance. You may see us working in the yard, or coming and going, but often we never meet our guests - although we're happy to do so. Any visitors beyond the 2 who book must be pre-approved by Host as this is our private home/yard. During your stay I'm hands off unless you need something. Best way to reach me is via the Airbnb messaging system. It's nice to say hello if we see each other in the yard... Other things to note We live on a 35 mph street so you will hear traffic. Train horns are unavoidable anywhere in Old Town. While we have placed room darkening blinds where we could, the suite is light and bright - so if you are sensitive to light and want to sleep in bring a sleep mask! Registration Details 00135144STR
