Experience a fun and rejuvenating stay in complete serenity. The space You access our gîte through a beautiful 40 m2 living room, composed of a living room, dining area and kitchen. LIVING ROOM: Cozy and composed of a sofa, coffee table, games library, toys and books. You will also find an LCD screen with Chromecast to share your content via your smartphone or tablet thanks to the WIFI present. DINING AREA: Table with extension for up to 6 people. KITCHEN: New and fully equipped including: - Refrigerator with freezer - Induction hob - Electric oven with cold door - Washing machine - Dishwasher - Toaster - Water boiler - Filter coffee maker - Utensils and dishes, wine glasses,... - Essentials for a comfortable arrival UPSTAIRS: Composed of 2 bedrooms each with an ensuite and private bathroom, shower and toilet. BEDROOM 1: Four-poster bed 140 x 190, balcony with table and chairs to enjoy breakfast with views of the Pyrenees. BEDROOM 2: 2 beds 80 x 190 cm or bed 160 x 190 cm, modular beds. We will let you discover and share our passion by making ourselves available to guide you and explain the rules of the games. OUTSIDE: On a large wooded and flowered area, you have at your disposal a large table and a covered and illuminated terrace with its garden furniture to extend your evenings. For your moments of relaxation, the following will be available: - large table with benches - sheltered garden furniture - barbecue - deckchairs - parasols Outdoor games: - ping pong table - soccer goal - swing - wooden hut with slide - storage box with ball, Molkky, petanque boules... THE POOL: A 5 x 9 m swimming pool, intimate and secure in an enclosed space. It will be accessible to you from May to September approximately. Like the games room, the pool will be shared with us. However, we can agree on alternating time slots for more privacy. Beach towels will not be provided. PARKING: An outdoor courtyard with free access will allow you to easily park cars. OTHERS: End of stay cleaning fee included. However, we ask guests to leave the accommodation in good order when checking out. Details will be provided in the House Rules. The gîte, our home and the games library. You access the gîte through a private entrance and an outdoor space is dedicated to you for privacy. Other spaces such as the games library will be shared for fun meetings.
