*** New addition: A medium sized lux apartment in Biograd's centre, freshly renovated! *** Located just one traffic light from the centre/riva, two streets from the marina, 300+ meters from 4 beaches & in the same building as the 5 star rated restaurant Boqueron, it's walking distance from everything. With one 5kW AC & two ceiling fans, you'll have no problem cooling off on these hot summer nights. Enjoy your stay and/or check out my other one! :) The space The apartment is located in Biograd's city centre and has been completely renovated & furnished to the best of my abilities (and budget!). It's on the 3rd out of 4 floors and in 2023 it was rented out for the first time in 50 years! Once you get to the nice and chilled down apartment you will find a hotel like bedroom, a modern minimal bathroom with a walk-in shower, a spacious and well equipped kitchen with dining space, a peaceful living room with a really comfy armchair & daybed that can easily turn into a second bedroom + a balcony with a kitchenette for chillaxing / grilling / preparing fish outdoors (check images!). :) Basically, there are 2.5 beds - one fixed 160x200cm bed in the bedroom with one additional 80x200 pull-out mattress and one 160x200cm daybed in the living room with the same quality mattresses & ergonomic pillows. The setup can fit 1-2 couples, 2-3-4 friends, or a even a family (parents) with up to 3 kids = 5. The linen is a saten-cotton blend for a more premium feel and the extra cooling effect during summer days. ;) ⤅ Everything is included in the price (tourist tax, cleaning fees cuz I'm the cleaner..., etc.), but you may need an additional budget for parking if coming with a car, and prior reservation is needed (let me know!). PARKING NOTICE As the apartment is located in the very city centre, you can stop to unload your things, and then move your car 2 streets down (short 4 min walk) to the reserved parking spot. A couple of years back, I made arrangements with a lady with a big private parking yard nearby that my guests can park there. It costs 7€ daily, and parking in Biograd becomes hassle-free (and 30% cheaper) for you. :) Guest access FREE WIFI Internet speed up to 25 mb/sec. Advertised from the provider is 100 but during the summer season a lot of tourists share the network tower bandwidth it so it unfortunately falls. FREE NETFLIX For a rainy day - if you happen to come across one. AIRCONDITIONING + CELING FANS IN ROOMS Something to cool you off on those hot days. WASHING MACHINE & DRYER IN ONE You are free to use the washing machine / dryer, just don't wash / dry kitties. Oh, and in summertime, it will quickly dry on the balcony. :) Other things to note SHAREABLES So you don't need to carry so many things, in the apartment you will find: KITCHEN My uncle's homemade olive oil Aceto balsamico Several spices Dishwasher tablets *Anything you find in the kitchen (e.g. rice, pasta, wholegrain cornflakes) or fridge (e.g. water, milk, wine, beer, fresh dairy products, prosciutto, homemade jams): feel free to use. It is there just in case you arrive late &/or hungry. BATHROOM 550-650 gsm towels for a hotel feel Dispensers: soap / shower gel Shaving gel Detergent Hair dryer HALLWAY mini backpacks - for light city/beach exploration umbrellas - for those out of the blue rainy days ***** CHECK-IN - CHECK OUT ***** Usually, check in is from 3 p.m. (15:00) and check out is at 11 a.m. (11:00), but it can be flexible so don't hesitate to ask! ;) ***** NO HIDDEN FEES POLICY ***** There are no hidden fees that you might come across! What you see is what you get. In other words, the tourist tax of 1€ per person per day is included in the price. The cleaning fee is included in the price and doesn't change depending on the number of people or the amount of days - because I'm the cleaning "lady"... So be gentle! :)
