This stylish, newly renovated space is ideal for couples, families, weekend escapes, remote workers, and of course - your dog is welcome too Just a short 15 min stroll to the beach, 30 mins on foot to central Hastings or a scenic 35-minute walk through the beautiful Alexandra Park Coastal walks, sea swims, great food, everything is within easy reach. The space Our beautifully refurbished basement flat offers a stylish, fully self-contained space beneath our family home in St Leonards-on-Sea. Although we live upstairs with our three children, dog and two cats, the flat is soundproofed, ensuring a peaceful and private stay. Mo Guest access To access the basement flat you will need to walk up the driveway on the left side of the main house and on your right you will find the steps down to the entrance. We will send you full details of how to self check-in the day before you arrive :) Other things to note We are flexible regarding check in and check out times so please just ask! We have space available for our guests to park on our drive plus there's free on-street parking options. We have a no smoking policy. The smoke alarms are linked up to the whole house and will go off if smoke is detected.
