Very spacious farm, close to neighborhood shops, no dirt road. There are 4 bedrooms, 2 kitchens and 4 bathrooms. Accommodates up to 20 people (We only rent to families, WE DO NOT RENT FOR PARTIES). For sleeping, there are 2 full beds and the rest are mattresses for up to 20 people. Large Pool, Playground. We have Wi-Fi We have TV, but we don't have cable channels. Street all paved (advantage: no dirt road) Other things to note Required to bring: bed and bath linens; dish towel; garbage bag (100 liters); disposables (if the guest wants, but we have all the kitchen utensils); repellent and sunscreen. ATTENTION TO CHECK-IN TIME: Check-in time is ALWAYS at 6 p.m. on the day of arrival (first day of the reservation) and CHECK-OUT is always at 6 p.m. on the last day. • The lessee must bring: disposable cups, plates and cutlery, toilet paper, paper napkins, dish towels, bed linens, towels, pillows, drinking water, 100L trash bag, etc. • Trash must be packed and deposited in the trash can located on the street (going down the street to the left, the can will be on the sidewalk to the right); • Always use the shower before entering the pool, thus preventing the pool from getting dirty. And, do not urinate in the pool, as it will become very dirty (green); • It is forbidden to enter the pool with suntan lotion and clothing (it will get very dirty) • It is forbidden to put things in the pool that could puncture it, such as a chair, glass cup, etc.; if this happens, the costs for repair will be charged to the renter; • Do not eat or drink in the pool; • Do not take glass cups/bottles into the pool area, to avoid accidents and damage to the pool; • Before leaving/exiting the house, STORE inside the house: EVERYTHING: tables, chairs, hammocks, etc., to prevent theft; • Before leaving the house, CLOSE/LOCK with a key/padlock all doors, windows and gates; • Leave the house utensils clean and organized; • Be careful when using household objects and furniture, avoiding breakage/damage; • Do not lie on mattresses in wet and dirty clothes and do not sit on the living room sofa in wet clothes. • It is forbidden to leave things on the farm for later removal (tent, equipment, etc.) • SOUND: ambient only.
