Lots of beaches, quaint villages, inviting pubs, woodlands, and the beautiful Challaborough Bay just steps away. This is a place like no other. Don’t miss it! The space Recent additions New deck chairs Cleaning fee Pls leave £85 cash for the cleaner. Refunds after check in The caravan is professionally cleaned before any guest checks in. However, this is a caravan in the midst of nature. It will not be spotless. We will ensure it is clean and all our guests thus far have loved it. However, if you feel it is not up to your standards and unacceptable please feel free to check out by noon on Day 2. We will refund you the rest of the stay fess after deducting Day 1 fees, admin cost of £50 and cleaner fees. WIFI Stay connected! Network name and password can be found on the device. Heating The heater controls are located in the cupboard on the right as you enter. Please turn the heater knob to water and heater if you wish to use both, of just to water if its hot and you don’t wish to use the heater. Helps us conserve energy. Common space Open living room with kitchen and dining table with 4 dining chairs. Wrap around deck - has a table, camping chairs and lounge deck chairs. Sleeping arrangements One double sofa bed in living room, two single beds in one bedroom (best for children) and one double bed in main bedroom. There is also an extra small mattress tucked behind the sofa for use. Bathrooms One shower and toilet and main bedroom has an ensuite toilet Shed at entrance You can wash your muddy shoes and boots outside the caravan - a tap is available before you climb the steps of the caravan. You can place your cleaned up/ wet boots in the shed box placed next to the tap. Kitchen The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you might need. Feel free to use the coffee maker, toaster, and other appliances. Help yourself to the tea and coffee provided! Basic cleaning items like kitchen towel, dishwashing liquid, carpet stain cleaner, multi-surface cleaner etc are provided for use. Utensils kept in drawers, cupboard next to oven, storage space above kitchen sink and also on the right and left of the kitchen exhaust. Fridge We have left some consumables in the fridge for you to enjoy. This is my family home so we sometimes leave some goodies to share with our guests. Please be kind to my caravan One of my guests really trashed the place and it hurt as this is my home :( Please leave the property in good condition so I can continue to share this haven with my friends, family and future guests.
