About 5-10min further, you will find Aspendale train station, local mini supermarket and some great small gourmet cafes. Four guests in total maximum and strictly no parties. The space Whilst the outside may look a bit old, she has a lot of heart inside! There are four beds in the house: Main bedroom contains a queen bed, another has a double bed and the third bedroom has both a single and a king single bed together in the same room. This gorgeous home is spacious, has new aircon/heating split system recently installed. It has one bathroom with a separate toilet. No parties allowed as we respect our lovely neighbours. Guest access You have the entire house to yourselves. Frontyard, backyard, in and out!
