50m² apartment by the swimming lake – 15 min. to Warnemünde

Our separate apartment is located in the middle of a beautiful village and right outside the gates of Rostock. Whether on foot in 5 minutes at the lake or by car in about 15-20 minutes at the Baltic Sea in Warnemünde, with us recreation and relaxation are the focus. Our guest apartment is part of our house, and we are a family with two 6-year-old boys. So it's probably not dead silent, but it's pure idyll. P.S. Bed linen and towels are included with us! The space The apartment is 50 m² and is part of our house – as a separate apartment with its own entrance. Children have plenty of space to play and romp around with us. Guest access Ideally, check-in should be done directly with us and in person, because then we can show you everything and, if necessary, also help and advise you. Otherwise, it's also easy and independent via the key box, so you can arrive whenever it's convenient for you. Free parking is available right outside the door. The entire apartment is at your sole disposal during your stay. In addition, you can use our yard and the sitting area at any time. Other things to note ▪ The swimming lake is just a 5-minute walk away – ideal for cooling off or taking a walk. ▪ The Baltic Sea and Warnemünde can be reached in 15–20 minutes by car. ▪ The city center of Rostock is about 10 minutes away by car. ▪ You can find shops and bakeries in the neighboring town, just a few minutes away. ▪ Since we live in the house with our children, the accommodation is particularly family-friendly.
