This private one-bedroom, ground-level basement suite features a separate entrance, parking for two vehicles, private laundry, a fully equipped kitchen, and a comfortable living space. Sleeps up to 4 guests with a queen bed and pull-out sofa. A 40-amp EV charger is available on-site (additional fees apply). The space This suite has its own private entrance and is completely separate from the main living area. Guests may occasionally see the property owners outside, as the entrance is located near our garage, which we access periodically. Occupancy Guidelines: • The queen bed comfortably accommodates two adults. • The pull-out sofa is best suited for one adult or up to two children. • The space is most comfortable for a maximum of three adults, or two adults and two children. • A playpen is available upon request for families traveling with infants. Please note that the base rate includes up to two guests. Additional guest fees apply for bookings with more than two guests. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including the private entrance, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, living area, and in-suite laundry. Parking for up to two vehicles is included. The suite is completely separate from the main residence. Guests may occasionally see the property owners outside near the garage, which is accessed periodically, but all guest spaces are private and for your exclusive use.
