Description
A newly built house with a living room and integrated kitchen, an en-suite, a sofa bed in the living room and a second bathroom with a Victorian bathtub. Access by a forest trail to a charming well. Close to the Pico do Papagaio trail and other attractions of the Matutu Valley such as trails, waterfalls, shops and a restaurant, but in a reserved and quiet place. The entrance hall with a work table gives access to the en-suite, kitchen and additional bathroom to comfortably spend a short or long stay. The space A house built with great affection and attention to detail. It has a double bedroom with a tea kitchen and bathroom. A large living room with a sofa bed, dining table, bay window and a large kitchen. One room in the house is private and for the exclusive use of the owners. This room is closed. It has a second bathroom with a shower and a Victorian bathtub. As the house is newly built, we are still working on the landscaping of the surrounding garden, planting flowers and more trees. We count on your understanding that this is a creative process that takes some time. The access road to Matutu, as well as from the gate to the house, can be a challenge in the rainy season, requiring a little experience with dirt roads and a certain adventurous spirit. Typically, however, access by passenger car is possible. Please contact us before booking to find out about road conditions. Guest access Access must be via the road indicated on the map, and be careful not to cross the neighboring property. The car must be parked at the location indicated on the map and not next to the house. This is an arrangement made with the neighbors. The land around the house is defined on one side by the road that goes up along the fence. On the other side, just behind the house, the neighbors' land begins. The boundary of the land is marked by a bamboo fence. Please do not pass this fence so as not to disturb the neighbors. Near the house is a grove where you can walk around and rest. On the land, in the direction of the road, there is a part where we are going to plant trees and the holes have already been dug. We recommend not walking through this part to avoid stumbling. The access road to Matutu as well as from the gate to the house can pose a challenge in the rainy season that requires a little experience with dirt roads and a certain adventurous spirit.
