Welcome to Bunk House #1, a sweet getaway only 35 minutes from Winnipeg. Located on a beautiful park-like property, with a bit of hobby farm feel. Be entertained by the chickens and pigs! Stroll the acreage, canoe in the pond, sit around the fire or indulge in apples/plums/raspberries when in season! There is a Bathroom Bunkie and an outdoor shower! Both the Bathroom Bunkie and Outdoor shower are available May - September Tranquil space to unplug, relax and reconnect with nature. The space Capacity - 3 people (queen bed on main floor, twin bed in loft) Firewood, roasting sticks and lawn chairs provided Canoe, paddles and life jackets provided Restaurants 3 min away Bathroom Bunkie and Outdoor Shower available May- Sept. April & Oct - Bathroom is located in the main house. 50 meters away. Has stand up shower and toiletries and hairdryer. Guest access Feel free to explore the property! Other things to note Rosenort is really a hidden gem! Lilystone cafe offers amazing food and great prices! Their menu can be found online. Dos Banderas is a Mexican/Belize cuisine restaurant in town also! Westfield Park in town offers Tennis/Pickleball Court, Basketball Courts, Baseball Diamonds, playground, 1 km Walking/Running track....a wonderful place to hang out and see what is all going on! Take advantage of the beautiful River Walk Trail in town!
