Studio Jazz – shared pool

The "Jazz" Gîte is a 28 m² gîte for two people (adults) with a parking space and a completely independent entrance with its sleeping area (140 x 200 bed) open to the bathroom area (bathtub), a separate toilet, and a living area, kitchen and sofa living room. The gîte has its own parking, its own small private terrace also with access to the swimming pool shared with the other two studios and the owner. The space The "Jazz" Gîte is a 28 m² gîte for two people (adults) with a parking space and a completely independent entrance with its sleeping area (140 x 200 bed) open to the bathroom area (bathtub), a separate toilet, and a kitchen and living room sofa area. The gîte has its own parking and its own small private terrace as well. You have at your disposal everything you need for cooking (induction stove, toaster/microwave grill, flexible pod coffee maker, fridge combined freezer, washing machine, iron and ironing board, etc.). You also have a fan, Wi-Fi, TV and a Bluetooth turntable. Sheets are not provided - The bedding is equipped with a protection system (anti-dust mite and bed bug mattress protector) - A duvet, two pillows and bath towels are available in the accommodation. For safety and layout reasons, rentals are not suitable for children under 12 years old. Minors remain under the responsibility and vigilance of accompanying adults. Guest access "La note bleue" in Sainte Radégonde-des-Noyers is a farmhouse from 1816 in which I have lived since the end of 2023, and it is composed of three cottages. An independent annex, the "Jazz" cottage and two other "Pop" and "Rock" cottages in the extension of my home. These last two cottages for two people can be connected if necessary and thus suitable for 4 people or remain independent (double doors locked between the two). On the land with shaded areas under the trees, you will have at your disposal a swimming pool of 10 meters x 5 meters (depth 1m then 1m60 at the deepest) which is to be shared with two other studios and the owner (me). The pool is open from 10 a.m. to 10:30 p.m. from May to October depending on the weather (it is unheated). There is a "pool house", in which a plancha, barbecues, etc. will be made available for all rentals). Other things to note Please clean before you leave (you will find what you need for this: vacuum cleaners and mop). The accommodation is located in a subdivision, therefore, please be sure to respect the neighborhood (noise pollution). The accommodations are non-smoking indoors. Booking is possible for a minimum of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday (check-in from 5 p.m. and check-out before 10 a.m.). Two grocery stores (Superettes) are about 5 minutes away with local shops (bakery, pharmacy, etc.) and supermarkets about 15 minutes away. You will be ideally located to visit La Rochelle (35 minutes), discover Ile de Ré, enjoy the sandy beaches of La Faute sur Mer (30 minutes) and discover the green Venice (30 minutes). We are also 1 hour from Puy du Fou. If you plan to come with your bikes, you will find many possible walks nearby, including the "Vélodyssée" trails. If you are a "solo" traveler, welcome (I also travel solo ;) and I know it's not always easy to take the leap.
