Visitors are welcome during the day and evening, but please note that a COP 60,000 fee per person will be charged. Minors are not permitted to enter, and overnight stays are prohibited. These fees cover the use and maintenance of common areas and are payable at the lobby upon arrival. Guest access The building has an adult pool and a special children's area next door. There is also a well-equipped gym and a spacious lounge area. Additionally, it has a large reception lobby with 24-hour staff, parking, and a 24-hour CCTV security system. Just outside the building, you'll be close to the beach, restaurants, cafes, a Carulla Express (a small supermarket), and people offering water sports, sightseeing tours, and a host of other activities so you can enjoy Cartagena however you want. Upon arrival, you must also pay the check-in fee of COP$60,000. This is a one-time payment for the entire group, which is made at the building's reception desk. Other things to note You must send photos of everyone's documentation for registration (passport, national ID, passport, and both sides of the ID card) three days before your arrival.
