Perfect for seasonal stays, home office and for those who want to live like a local. The space The house is 116 m2, and was completely renovated in 2024. Casa cabo offers three delicate bedrooms (with double beds 160x200 cm), two modern bathrooms, open plan living and kitchen with high quality materials and functionality. Hi-tech: Inside, the house has high-tech amenities for maximum comfort: Waterborne underfloor heating and large air conditioning (AirCon), makes Casa Cabo a perfect house all year round. Solid wifi both inside and out, music and smart TV. Outdoor: Large, sunny roof terrace (110m2) and 70m2 terrace and patio. Outdoor kitchen and barbecue area under the lemon tree invite to social dining experiences under the open sky. Cozy lounge area in the patio and warm outdoor shower. The area: Located 150 meters from beautiful Mediterranean sea with all year round swimming temperatures. The area is a protected "Zona Verde"area, providing unique nature experiences, hiking opportunities, and crystal clear water to swim in. Guest access The whole property will be available for the guests Other things to note Electricity is included for short stays. Cleaning after your stay is included. Extra cleaning can be arranged by request. This is a non-smoking house (indoor). Parties or large gatherings have to be agreed upon in beforehand. Please note that Casa Cabo is unfortunately not accessible to wheelchair users, as there are stairs to enter the house and within the floor plan. Casa Cabo is a peaceful resort, located in a quiet neighborhood, so please keep noise levels low, especially after 11pm. Free parking outside the gate. The property is gated and has an extensive alarm system associated with alarm company for added peace of mind. Fire alarm is also installed in the house. Casa Cabo is usually our family resort, so please treat it with respect – but make yourself at home!
