Welcome to our oasis of comfort and relax! The apartment is divided on two floors, roughly 900 square feet, and located in one of the most desirable areas in the center of Florence. The space Our historic apartment was built on the ruins of a medieval tower that unfortunately suffered severe damage during WWII bombings. It is situated in the bohemian neighborhood of Santo Spirito, the namesake of the famous basilica just a few meters away. Known for its lively and authentic atmosphere, in Santo Spirito you will be surrounded by some of the most coveted artisanal bottegas, cafes and restaurants. Enjoy these perks while being just mere steps away from some of Florence’s most famous landmarks such as the Ponte Vecchio, Uffizi Gallery, Cappella Brancacci, and Duomo which are just minutes away on foot. The apartment has two main bedrooms. The first is on the main floor and separated from the rest of the apartment, allowing for extra privacy. It consists of a king size bed, high ceilings and a large closet. The second bedroom is on the top floor, creating its own privacy and luxury feel through the bright skylight and original wood beams and a smart TV. Both rooms come equipped with clean linens, blankets, pillows and luxury duvets. At the heart of the apartment is the main living and kitchen area. Elegant and spacious, it provides the brightness and welcoming feel desired in a home away from home. A large, comfortable couch and smart TV with all the main streaming services, provide the perfect space for a relaxing movie break or to cozy up with a good book. The kitchen overlooking the living room is fully equipped with an oven, microwave, dishwasher, double sink and full gas stove. More amenities include coffee maker, kettle, and toaster. Between the kitchen and living room there is a spacious marble table with 4 chairs. The large bathroom is on the main floor and consists of both a large bathtub and shower. In the bathroom you will be provided with a courtesy kit consisting of shampoo, conditioner, body wash and towels. In the bathroom you will also find a hairdryer, iron, and top of the line washer and dryer. The apartment has high speed WiFi, heating, and air conditioning throughout. We also provide a children’s pack and play bed, high chair and foldable stroller you are welcome to use throughout your stay. Only authorized vehicles can enter without being fined, and only vehicles such as taxis or ones reaching specific garages ( Garage Santa Trinita, Garage Fosi e Garage Lungarno) are permitted. These 3 parking garages are a 5 minute walk away from the apartment. From the airport it is possible to reach the apartment by car, taxi, or bus. The apartment is on the second floor and requires a few set of stairs to reach. Being a historic building, it does not have an elevator.
