Characterful B&B with pool, Nether Stowey

B&B in characterful old house on edge of Nether Stowey. Large attic room with king size bed and en-suite with shower. Also space in room for 2 children (£25 each per night). Lounge for guests and shared use, with owners of beautiful garden and heated pool. With a continental breakfast provided, you will be all set to explore Nether Stowey, the Quantock Hills, local villages, fossil filled coast and wider area of Somerset and North Devon. We look forward to welcoming you to Blindwell The space Blindwell House dates back to the 17th century, and is full of character. It is a beautiful old house with mature gardens and a gorgeous pool area. Guest access Your room is up in the attic, so please bear in mind that there are steep stairs to negotiate. Also, you will have a lounge with TV for your use, and breakfast will be provided in the dining hall. We are happy to share the gardens and pool area with you, so please feel free to sit outside and have a swim. (Pool towels can be provided on request). Pool open April to end of September During your stay We are usually around so if you need anything, please come and find us in garden, knock on back door or drop a message and we will get back to you. We will be happy to help with any questions you may have and provide local information. Other things to note Although we have a maximum of 4 guests set, we do charge extra for more than 2 guests. This is set at £20 for each additional guest - for example a couple plus 2 children will be charged an extra £20 per child per night. The extra guests will sleep on single beds set up in the same room as the king size bed. We have a large dog on the premises, 2 young cats, free roaming chickens who you might see in the garden and 2 horses. Although no pets are allowed, we can accommodate up to 2 horses if you wish to bring them.
