The space The Maison des Raffoux, with its 120 m², can accommodate up to 5 people, making it an ideal choice for a family, a group of friends or travelers looking for rest and serenity in the heart of the Tourangelle countryside. This typical Touraine mansion seduces with its unique character, with its stone walls and beautiful period beams. Its large living room will allow you to gather around an old period stone fireplace and admire the view of the countryside. You can also enjoy the terrace to eat out, enjoy the sunny days and enjoy the tranquility of the countryside. On the ground floor, one bedroom offers a 160x200 bed and a 90x200 bed, while upstairs, a second bedroom is equipped with two 90x200 close beds, perfect for a couple. The ground floor and floor have a bathroom and toilet, guaranteeing comfort and privacy for everyone. The kitchen, fully equipped, offers a beautiful view of the surrounding fields while you cook. The pool is open from mid-June to mid-September! Guest access Check-in is self-service with a lockbox. You will access the house through a gate equipped with a remote control, also available in the lockbox. Once inside, you will have access to the whole house, a fully furnished space dedicated to rental. Access to the property is available from 5 p.m. Thank you for respecting the check-in and check-out times to facilitate the work of the cleaning staff. The gardener, David, devotes every Monday and Saturday morning as well as a whole day on Wednesday to the maintenance of the large garden, without ever disturbing your peace in order to guarantee your privacy For safety reasons, we do not recommend access for children under the age of 6.
