Dogs must be included in the reservation and the $250 pet fee per dog, per stay, is due at time of booking. Dogs are not allowed on any furniture and must be crated anytime the owner is not present. Larger dogs may be considered but must be approved by the owner before booking. *An undisclosed dog fee of $400 (per dog) will be charged if you bring a dog that is not included in the reservation and pet fee paid prior to check-in.* We encourage all guests to purchase TRAVEL INSURANCE (select: cancel for any reason) through the platform or privately. Life happens and travel insurance will help protect your trip (reimburse cost if cancelled) in the event you cannot make it. Please note, we do not make any exceptions to our cancellation policy. Please protect your vacation investment - we cannot be your financial heroes in the event something happens and you cannot make it. PARKING: • 3-4 mid size vehicles parked in the gravel driveway (no parking on grass) • A large boat will fit - please check with owner before booking • No street parking THIS PROPERTY IS A NON-SMOKING PROPERTY (no smoking on premises) - this includes smoking of any kind (including vaping and/or hookah). *IMPORTANT* this is a very special home to us, named after our beloved black labrador, Maverick. We are excited to share it with fellow beach lovers, families, small groups, and other sweet pups. However, we expect every guest to respect the home, its contents and follow the house rules to ensure a safe, enjoyable experience. If you are not able to do that, then this is not the home for you. We do not tolerate any type of parties or reckless behavior, and if you're a night owl, this is not the home for you. The entire house is yours! You MUST BE 25 years old in order to book this home and the person who books the home must be present for the entire stay. The home has 3 ring cameras - one at the front door, one on the game room building facing the driveway and another one on the corner of the house facing the grassy yard/game room building - all devices are for security and have video/audio recording capabilities. They are used for check in/out and security purposes and may not be tampered with (covered, unplugged, etc.). Evidence of tampering with any camera will result in immediate trip cancellation and no refund. ! Weather Related Refunds! - We follow all local guidelines and officials’ directions when it comes to tropical storms, hurricanes, etc. We will follow our cancellation policy unless there is an active evacuation order in place and decisions will be made on a case by case basis. Other things to note The following items must be completed within 48 hours of booking or the booking will be cancelled: Must sign rental agreement Must submit copy of government issued photo I.D. The Photo I.D. must match the name on the reservation and card submitted for the security hold. Must submit a $500 off-platform security hold. This hold will be scheduled after booking but will not be placed until 2 days prior to arrival and released 5 days after departure, if no damages are reported. You will not receive your access code until the deposit is scheduled/confirmed, your government issued photo ID is uploaded, and a signed rental agreement is received. --------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------- This home is a smoke free home and premises. Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the premises. No 3rd party bookings (booking for someone else). Any evidence of a 3rd party booking will result in immediate cancellation without refund.
