The space Parking is available in my driveway. No need to park on the street unless you prefer that. -Guest room would be upstairs with office space and half bathroom so the entire upstairs would be allowed to the guest to keep guest's privacy. Also, to keep guest's privacy I don't go upstairs. - Guest would share full bathroom, Kitchen, Living room and dining room on the first floor with one person and that's me (hostess).
