You will be provided full self-check-in details two days before your arrival. Rest assure our instructions will be easy and clear to follow and simple check in process. 24/7 check-in system: Guest will drop-off at the Fahrenheit Hotel entrance and access to lobby. Guest will register at security post, then collect 2sets-of-keys from mailbox. After that, guest can access to their condo immediately. Early check-in or late check-out can be arranged but subject to availability! (No guarantee, we will try our best to arrange) Standard Check-in: anytime after 3:00pm Standard Check-out: before 12:00pm (Late check-out will be charged RM100/hour) For parking user, you may park at the basement carpark which belongs to Fahrenheit88 shopping mall. Then access to our lobby at Level 5. There are NO free parking here by all host including Fahrenheit Suites. Other things to note (1) REGISTRATION For security purposes, upon arrival, all guests are required to register at the security post before entering the elevator up to the unit. (2) RESTRICTED ACTIVITIES Strictly NO smoking, no drugs, no pets, no strong odor substances, and no parties/events allowed in the unit. (Penalty RM500 will be imposed) (3) EARLY CHECK IN / LATE CHECK OUT Early check-in is subject to availability and cannot be confirmed in advance. Though, it can be arranged. Please do reach out to us if you wish to check in early/ check out late. Late checkout without the host's permission will impose a RM100/hour late checkout penalty. (4) SWIMMING POOL Swimming pool (Level 5) is open daily from 8 am-8 pm. Guests are required to wear proper swimming attire otherwise are not allowed to enter the swimming pool. (5) BATH TOWELS Only 6 bath towels are provided, kindly request in advance from the host if extra towels are needed. (6) BABY CHAIR & BABY CRIB/PLAYPEN Baby chair and baby playpen can be provided with a charge upon request but is subject to availability. (7) KITCHEN LIGHT COOKING Kitchen only for light cooking using Ceramic cooker (Electric-Stove not allowed for use) (8) SECURITY DEPOSIT No security deposit is needed. Guests will only be charged in the event of any damage caused to the furniture/furnishings or stubborn stains caused onto our linen or towels, carpet, rug, sofa, chairs, painting. Please be extra careful with the huge BearBrick toys as decoration. "Good to see, good to touch, once broken, considered sold" (9) EXTRA CLEANING Extra cleaning can be arranged with an extra charge. Feel free to contact us to arrange extra cleaning session. (10) ACCESS CARDS/KEYS If keys or access cards are lost, misplaced, or left inside the unit, causing access issues, a RM200 charge will apply. This covers the cost of arranging a locksmith or technician to regain entry. Please keep all keys and access cards safe and return them upon check-out.
