The space You'll be in the Heart of Chinatown and right on one of its most historic and lively streets! Just a heads-up, the apartment is in a bustling area, so it’s NOT exactly the place for complete silence. Right across from the apartment, you’ll find great spots like a popular speakeasy/nightclub and a 125+ year-old dim sum restaurant with a line that’s almost always out the door. Weekends here are especially lively! 3 Bedrooms + 2 Bathrooms + Large Rooftop + Sleeper Sofa The Main Bedroom has a comfy queen-sized bed, a sturdy desk with a roller chair for any work you need to catch up on, and a Smart TV. You’ll also enjoy a private bathroom with a relaxing rain shower – perfect after a day of adventures. Two other bedrooms each have full-sized beds, work desks, and Smart TVs, so you’ll be all set for a cozy stay. There’s also another full bathroom with modern touches and a great standing shower. Each room has big windows letting in plenty of sunlight and giving you direct views of Doyers Street below. And if you’re needing some extra sleep during the day, don’t worry – all rooms have blackout drapes. The living room features another Smart TV and, of course, a direct view of the lively street below. Plus, there's a full-sized sofa sleeper if you need extra space to sleep. For some screen-free fun, there’s also a selection of books and board games. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need to cook up a delicious meal, including a new stove, microwave, fridge, and even an air fryer. One of the best parts of the apartment is the signature New York Rooftop. When the weather’s nice, it’s the perfect spot to relax, soak up the sun, and enjoy the city views. (Stay tuned for new photos!) PARKING NOTE: Chinatown is ALWAYS bustling, and parking can be tricky. For a smoother trip, we suggest using ride-sharing services like Lyft or Uber or hopping on NYC public transportation (MTA) to get to the apartment. PARKING There is no private parking, but metered parking can be found on the surrounding streets in the area such as Mott Street, Bayard Street, and Mulberry Street – make sure to PAY ATTENTION to the parking rules indicated by the street signs. Some FREE parking can be found in the area outside of the times indicated by the street signs. Because Chinatown is a VERY busy area, parking is first come first serve.
