Private Dock, Pet Friendly, 5 Min Walk to Beach!

Bright and cozy canal front three bedroom, two bathroom home. Take kayaks out to the sound right from the private dock at the house or walk about 5 minutes to the national seashore for a beach day. The space The first floor is an open layout with a stocked kitchen, sofa and chairs, and dining space for four people. Bedroom 1 and 2 are on the first floor, along with a full bathroom. The second floor has the “bunk room” with three twin beds, plus a bonus living space with a full sized futon, and a 3/4 bathroom with shower. Bedroom 1: Memory foam king bed Bedroom 2: Memory foam queen bed Bedroom 3: Three memory foam twin beds Bonus space: Full size futon All linens and towels are provided as well as basic toiletries. Underneath the house there is outdoor seating, a bbq, and an outdoor shower. The house has direct canal access with a small dock that guests are free to use. Please let us know in advance if you plan to bring watercraft. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house. Other things to note You do have full access to the canal - if you choose to dock your boat, jet skis, or any other water craft please notify us and check tide charts. We can’t guarantee canal depth!
