Bold patterns and colors define this space! It's a corner unit with oversized windows and high ceilings. Full-size bed with a Bedgear performance mattress and pillows. a kitchenette with a 2 burner electric stove, microwave, mini fridge, and a Keurig machine and pods. (please keep in mind, that there is no freezer)  This studio is dog-friendly! A doggy bed can be made available upon request. The space There is also a fenced-in dog park. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or other animals aside of dogs at our property.   The Factory is pleased to be able to welcome visitors from all around the world! Make yourself at home in one of our beautifully restored studio apartments, featuring original furnishings paired with modern amenities, as you explore everything that the Greater Manchester area has to offer. Your beautiful unit is fully furnished and prepared for your arrival, featuring a high-performance mattress and bedding, bath towels, and a full kitchenette with all the essentials. To ensure your safety and comfort, each unit is equipped with a smart lock and thermostat, allowing you to control your space with just a tap on your phone. In addition to the in-unit amenities, you’ll also enjoy full access to our smart fitness center, smart laundry room,  high-speed internet, and smart televisions. Throughout the building, you’ll see local and visiting artists' work.  We also host artists every 3 months through our Artist in Residency program.  Interested in hosting a sales kick-off or wedding? There is a beautiful event space right on site and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnbs Visiting an employer, writing a book, or performing at a local theatre? We welcome long-term stays. ★☆ SECURITY CAMERAS ☆★ Please note to ensure the safety and security of all our guests, we have security cameras in place in the following common areas: Building lobby, hallways, front and back of the building, parking lots  HOUSE RULES -No smoking allowed. -Dogs are allowed for an additional non-refundable fee of $50 per stay, with a maximum of 2 dogs allowed. As much as we love cats, we do not allow cats or any other animals aside from dogs at our property. -No events, parties, or large gatherings. -You must be least 25 years old to book -Guests may request an early check-in (up to 2 hours before 4pm) or a late check-out (up to 2 hours after 10am), so long as there is not a reservation booked at our property for the day of your request. Please message us a day in advance to confirm availability and receive the applicable fee quote. Check-out is at 10 am. If you need to take your trash, the dumpster is located on the south side of the building, by the graffiti wall. You may leave the bed unmade and the key fob on the little hook by the door. Please remember to grab your phone charger and other personal belongings. Guest Access In addition to the in-unit amenities, you can make use of our smart fitness center smart laundry room, and a comic book store off the lobby. Starting in the summer of 2023, there will be a distillery and food truck in the North Parking lot. Additionally, we have a beautiful event space available for hosting sales kick-offs or weddings, and you can inquire about booking all 16 of our Airbnb units for larger events. If you're traveling with a pet, be sure to request one of our pet-friendly units on the first or second floor. In these units, you'll also have access to our fenced-in dog park. A maximum of two pets is allowed, dogs only. Interaction With Guest You don’t need to talk to a human if you don’t want to! However, as the property manager and community creator of the Factory, I’m almost always available onsite if you do. I’m here to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible.
