Guest access During your stay, you will have access to your private dome and the shared areas of the glamping. You can contact us anytime through Airbnb. Other things to note This is a jungle setting, so it’s normal to encounter insects, natural sounds, and wildlife as part of the experience. Wi-Fi is available in some areas, but it may be unstable due to the location. Staff is available from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. To keep the space in optimal condition, we ask for your help in keeping the areas clean and avoiding leaving food outdoors. A cash deposit is required upon arrival, which will be refunded upon your departure. Amount based on length of stay: • Up to 15 nights: $1,000 MXN • 16 to 29 nights: $3,000 MXN • 30 nights or more: equivalent to one month’s rent
